Patricia Wynne, Esq. has been practicing law since 1987. Since 2000, she has been the Privacy Officer for a healthcare provider that supplies services to thousands of clients daily. As the Privacy Officer, Ms. Wynne is responsible for maintaining her company's compliance with HIPAA and HITECH, drafting their Business Associate Agreements, and following up on any problems or breaches that may occur.
